We implement a Total Safety Program into every management and employee relations layer of our operations. All staff members fully participate in the program.
How We Focus On Safety
It is our top priority to achieve zero accidents and injuries through our corporate safety program. By focusing on new hire safety training, weekly plant talks, quarterly online training, and in-person sessions, we continue to educate our employees so they can perform their job tasks safely and productively. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to workers in safety-sensitive positions. Additionally, employees are under the company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Drug and Alcohol testing program to ensure that no team member is working under the influence of any substance.
